Vendor Responsibilities
Once you confirm your participation and have signed the contract, please note that as a vendor,
you are responsible for the following:
• Bring all items you will need to set up your own table.
• Collecting all payments for your own business or services.
• Following up with anyone who inquires about your services.
• Providing any flyers, postcards, or business cards for attendee gift bags—these must be
available and sent by September 30, 2026.
If you have selected the Table + Speaking option, you will be granted 5 minutes to share with
the audience about your business on Friday evening.

• Announce that your vendor table is present—we will “name your business” on Friday
night.
• Provide your ticket to the gathering (includes lunch).
