Rooted, Radiant, and Rising is an inspiring community. This six-month program and community are designed specifically for those who desire to remain rooted in scripture while radiating his beauty, rising in purpose, and leading in and from wholeness.
This table was designed to nurture your spirit, soul, and body by immersing you in Scripture, cultivating emotional and spiritual intelligence, and equipping you with practical tools for sustainable leadership—so you can leave a lasting legacy for generations to come.
Rooted: Deeply rooted and established, rooted like a tree for nourishment, built up like a building for maturity, and established in Faith. Rooted in emotional healing and theological stability (Col 2:6-7).
Radiant: Being filled with light, hope, and joy. Reflecting Christ's character, reflecting God's glory. Character formation, emotional intelligence, relational health (Ps 34:5, Is 60:5, Exodus 34:29-35).
Rising: Being raised with Christ, a new heavenly-minded life in Faith. Arise and shine (Is 60:1; Col 3:1; Eph 2:6). Leadership capacity, vision clarity, influence, and legacy building. Want to know more (below are all the details).

Radiant in Character and Presence — Theme: “The Light You Lead With”.
Integrates the three pillars:
Biblical Formation (using 2 Corinthians 3:18, Matthew 5:14–16, Galatians 5:22–23),
Psychological Maturity / Soul Health (shame resilience, authenticity, emotional congruence).
Leadership Excellence (integrity, influence vs. image, trust-building). It builds naturally on the first session ("Roots in Identity in Christ") by shifting from internal roots to outward radiance and fruitfulness.
Goal: Participants will discover how beholding Christ transforms them into radiant leaders whose character shines with authenticity, producing lasting influence and trust rather than a performance-based image.

Prophetic insight “I am removing the veils you didn’t even know you were still wearing. Where shame caused you to curate an image, I am bringing freedom. You will lead with a face that reflects Mine — not polished for applause, but radiant with My presence. People will not just follow your vision; they will encounter My glory through your congruence.”

Radiant leaders invest in integrity — the steady alignment of private devotion and public presence. This creates psychological safety for your teams. When you model shame resilience by naming it, reaching out, and speaking it, you give others permission to drop their masks. The result is deeper connection, faster collaboration, and influence that outlasts charisma.
Practical download: This month. Identify one leadership veil — hiding uncertainty, over-performing competence, avoiding hard conversations. Practice one congruent act: name it appropriately in a meeting or with a trusted peer. Watch trust rise.
